We partnered with Riddletag, a company specializing in facial recognition technologies, to develop a facial recognition application for the Kyiv Metro.
Our client wanted to enhance the customer experience by using cameras at each station to allow for facial recognition as a form of payment, eliminating the need for customers to fumble with their wallets. We worked together to bring this innovative solution to the Kyiv Metro, improving the convenience and efficiency of the subway system for all its users.
BUSINESS CHALLENGE & SOLUTION
We were tasked with designing an iOS/Android application for the Kyiv Metro that was easy to use and navigate. We put a lot of thought into the user interface, ensuring that it was clean and intuitive.
We also conducted extensive research to understand the typical needs of subway users in order to create an app that would truly meet their needs. The app allows users to pay for their rides simply by looking into face-recognition cameras installed at every station, making the process fast and hassle-free. It also has an adaptive user experience, providing all the necessary information about their ride in a clear and concise manner.
